WFI has temporarily closed its Toowong office in Queensland due to flooding in the Brisbane area.
The decision to close the office temporarily has been made to ensure the safety and welfare of employees who face difficult conditions travelling to work. The office will reopen when it is safe for staff to travel to work.
Meanwhile, clean-up work in the WFI Toowoomba client service team office is now underway and the office is expected to re-open shortly.
All calls from WFI clients will continue to be answered as normal. Calls are now being diverted to WFI client service and claims teams in other states.
Due to the diversion of calls there may be some extra delays but WFI is committed to working diligently to assist our clients with their insurance needs.
WFI, a member of the Wesfarmers group, is experienced in helping clients following events such as this and will be drawing upon its national resources to ensure that clients receive the best possible service.
WFI clients should call 1300 934 934, or contact their local area manager, for claims assistance.
