Wesfarmers Insurance has appointed Stuart Blake as Chief Operating Officer, Corporate Partners. He will lead the Corporate Partners business, taking operational responsibility for the Lumley Retail Warranty and Lumley Special Vehicles businesses in addition to the partnerships with Coles, Kmart Tyre & Auto Service and CommInsure.
Based in Sydney, Stuart will report to Vivek Bhatia, CEO Australian underwriting businesses, Wesfarmers Insurance.
Stuart brings more than 20 years of direct personal lines industry experience across a variety of senior management and executive roles. Most recently the Head of Sales and Service for IAG’s Australian direct personal lines business, Stuart has also held the roles of Head of Product & Underwriting accountable for the Motor and Home business across NRMA, RACV, SGIO and SGIC Insurance; and State Manager NRMA Insurance accountable for customer experience, revenue and marketing.

Stuart has completed an Executive Leadership program at Harvard Business School and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Macquarie University
