A&G Insurance Services, operating as Budget Direct, has won two national awards: Money Magazine’s Insurer of the Year and the National Call Centre of the Year.
A&G Insurance Services, situated on the Sunshine Coast, employs more than 250 people. It issues more than 30,000 insurance policies each month to customers throughout Australia.
Director of Call Centre Operations Gerry O’Shaughnessy said, “These awards are recognition that you can be a leader in corporate Australia from a key regional centre – you don’t need to be in a capital city to be the best team in Australia.”
