Insurance Comparison Site Sold
Life insurer Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company has announced that TAL Group (TAL Dai-ichi Life Australia Pty Limited, directly owned by the Company, and its subsidiaries) has agreed to purchase NFS Group (National Financial Solutions Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries), an online life insurance comparison business. The purchase price was disclosed, TAL had a 10% share of NFS group, who’s sites include Melbourne based Life Brokers.
