Suncorp and Insurance Australia Group reach agreement on Truck Insurance venture

Suncorp and Insurance Australia Group (IAG) have reached an agreement that will see and end to their legal battle over truck insurer NTI.

The agreement involves IAG’s intermediated business CGU and Suncorp’s Vero. The agreement for the ongoing structure of the 50/50 joint venture was announced in a joint statement

“The terms of the agreement, which are confidential, strengthen the existing joint venture arrangement, enabling the long-standing partnership between CGU and Vero to continue in a manner that makes commercial sense to both parties,”
