Australia’s Real Insurance has released findings from annual motor insurance claims indicating when accidents are most likely to occur. According to their data, most car accidents seem to occur on Saturdays and the least on Mondays.
Real Insurancehas also found that, generally, more car accident claims happen during the summer months than during the winter months.
“Our statistics reveal that if you’re looking to lower your risk of being involved in a motor car accident, February and May are the safest months to be on the road,” says Real InsuranceCEO Roger Grobler.
However, according to Mr Grobler, “November, followed by October and December, is the month when most car accidents occur.”
