AAP reported recently that QBE Insurance Group has bought a US-based insurance company for $US565 million ($AUS604.08 million). The business is NAU Country Insurance Company, a multi-peril crop insurance business which has headquarters in Ramsay, Minnesota, and offices in the United States midwest and in California.
