MLC have issued statements revealing their proposed merger of MLC Limited business with the recently acquired Norwich Union Life Australia Limited. This is scheduled to take place on 2 October 2010.
They say, “We’re telling you about this because when we merge these businesses, we’ll also make some changes to the way we manage MLC investment account policies. For a complete list of these policies, none of which are on sale anymore, please refer the Appointed Actuary’s report provided on our website.”
