Australian life insurer TAL‘s chief executive Jim Minto has announced plans to hire up to an additional 100 more staff to work on the $600 million life insurance deal with AustralianSuper.
“… we are looking to hire more people like claims case managers and those that can rehabilitate members” Minto said, he has also assured current clients that Tower was committed to preserve service levels to existing clients.
