To mark the 5000th application written by Life Insurer Asteron on their fully automated Life Insurance platform LifeGaurd, the company has donated $5000 to Carbon Neutral (A not for profit company working with hundreds of organisations to measure, reduce and offset greenhouse gas emissions and support revegetation projects).
An Asteron spokesman has said that for every 25 applications that are submitted online through LifeGaurd a ream of paper is saved
