ING Australia today announced the appointment of Gerard Hayes to the role of Business Development Manager – Life Risk.
Speaking on the appointment, Kevin Goss, ING Head of Life Risk Sales, said: “Gerard comes to ING with a very strong history of sales achievements based on his relationship skills with advisers in Western Australia.
“Gerard will be a great addition to ING’s West Australian office, where his professionalism, leadership skills and ability to work with the underwriting and claims areas will compliment the WA Life Risk Sales and Underwriting teams.”
Gerard has been in the financial services industry for over ten years. He comes to ING Australia from ITC, where he is Regional Sales Manager for Western Australia, South Australia and Northern Territory. Prior to this he represented Asteron as a member of the National Key Account team (Sydney) and as a BDM in Western Australia.
He is a qualified finance broker and financial planner and is a senior associate of FINSIA.
