CGU has announced it will not be paying out a directors and officers claim from One.Tel creditors.
The insurer has announced it will not pay out the claim by in a suit in the name of the trustee for former One.Tel executive Director Brad Keeling
The decision follows a case earlier this year in the NSW Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court in which the NSW Supreme Court advise former One.Tel Director John Greaves could no longer continue his legal action.
