British insurers are offering young drivers a discount if they install a small camera the ChilliBongo. The device retails for $450 AUD but has seen user receive discounts of thousands of dollars in car insurance premium.
The insurance industry says it will help cut fraud and make it easier to prove exactly what happened if a car is involved in a crash.
