The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) has appointed Tony Morgan, as its new President and Jonathon Fox, General Manager of Insurance Operations, Elders Insurance, as Deputy President.
Morgan said, “Our main focus is on providing educational and professional development services for a large, diverse and growing body of professionals in the insurance and financial services sector throughout our region. I am committed to the further development and enhancement of these services during my term of office.”
Morgan has worked in the industry for 35 years and for most of that time he has been part of Cunningham Lindsey, performing a number of roles, including CEO and National Chief Adjuster. Morgan has held positions in various industry bodies, including President of the Australasian Division of Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and Director of the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters. He has been a prolific writer with the publication of seven textbooks and 80 articles published in industry journals.
