Ansvar Insurance’s CEO Andrew Moon marked his first anniversary with the company recently at the same time as the insurer celebrated its 50 years in the industry.
An Ansvar spokesperson said, “Coming into a company which has had only three previous CEOs, all of whom have been appointed from within, means that Mr Moon is excited about the opportunity to revitalise Ansvar Insurance and prepare it for the next 50 years.”
“The insurance industry is facing one of its most difficult years and, with climate change and a movement in customer attitudes, the future is full of opportunity for a specialist like Ansvar Insurance. Turning to Robert F Kennedy, who said of his brother, John, “there are those who look at things the way they are, and ask why… I dream of things that never were, and ask why not?” for inspiration, Mr Moon seeks to ask the same question.”
Moon said, “I want to open people’s eyes to possibilities rather than push change. I want to help people understand the need to ask ‘why not’. It demands a different frame of thinking, opening up possibilities rather than blockages.”
“Ansvar Insurance is here for the long haul. We are looking for additional, better ways to do business within our core segments of faith, heritage, education, care and community services, and we proudly proclaim our commitment to Integrity and Responsibility for the next 50 years.”
