Ansvar Insurance celebrates its 50th year as a specialist insurance provider in Australia.
Ansvar’s CEO Andrew Moon says there is much to celebrate at Ansvar, “Not many companies can claim to have retained their single purpose for 50 years. Ansvar Insurance began in Australia as a specialist insurance company and we are still a specialist insurance company.”
“We are unique because we have a different attitude to most insurance companies in that we always seek to find a fair way to deal with claims. This ethos is part of our history. We exist for the benefit of policy holders and we are known for our exceptional claims delivery.”
Special celebratory events were held in capital cities throughout Australia. Attendees received a commemorative booklet which captures the history of Ansvar, from its roots in Sweden to now part of the global, UK-based Ecclesiastical Insurance group which, itself, will celebrate 125 years of insurance in 2012.
