ACE Insurance Limited (Australia) has announced the appointment of Carl Nagle as Executive Director of the company. ACE Insurance is part of the ACE Group of Companies®, who deal with insurance and reinsurance globally.
Carl Nagle’s background: Carl joined Combined Insurance in 1977 and has been a member of the senior management team since 1989. His detailed knowledge of the Combined Insurance business model as well as his extensive senior management experience were important considerations in the Board’s decision to nominate him as a Director. Carl’s appointment to the role of Director will not change his current management responsibilities.
Carl served on the Board of Combined Life Insurance Company of Australia for the past 13 years. Additionally, he is a Director on the Board of Combined Life Nominees Pty. Ltd and Combined Insurance Company of New Zealand (Holding), with 10 years of service for each of these entities. He will also retain these roles.
